Ubuntu 2204 with Intel OneAPI for NEXTFOAM HPC

The Ubuntu 2204 with Intel OneAPI for NextFOAM HPC is the Ubuntu linux distribution configured for HPC (High Performance Computing) virtual machines (VMs) on Microsoft Azure. The distribution is based on the [Microsoft official Ubuntu-based HPC and AI image](https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/microsoft-dsvm.ubuntu-hpc?tab=Overview) with Infiniband driver and Intel OneAPI is installed. In addition to the Microsoft HPC VM image, HPC cluster with IntelMPI, NFS and blobfuse are automatically configured at cluster launch time. Using RDP protocol, the headnode of cluster can be connected with GUI. - For automatic HPC configuration, NextFOAM HPC tools with HPC launcher and administration tool are provided - Headnode is configured as NFS server for the shared storage service - Azure blob is automatically mounted to the HPC cluster nodes for storing permanant data - Intel Compilers and Intel MPI are pre-configured
