PumpHog is an industrial pump lifecycle tracking system for mining and heavy industry operations, developed by Groundhog Apps. It is designed for enterprise administrators and site managers who need full visibility into pump fleet health across multiple operational sites.\n\n**Problems it solves:**\nEquipment downtime caused by poor maintenance visibility, manual tracking of pump installations and repairs, and lack of audit trail for compliance reporting.\n\n**What you can do inside Teams:**\n- Monitor real-time fleet health metrics on the Dashboard — total pumps, in-service counts, and status distribution\n- Search and manage your entire pump inventory by serial number, NFC tag ID, status, or site from the Pump Registry\n- View a full audit trail of lifecycle events (installation, maintenance, removal, repair) across all pumps\n- Manage multiple operational sites and track pump counts and team assignments per location\n- Control user access with role-based permissions for Enterprise Admins, Site Admins, and Field Technicians\n- Export pump and lifecycle data to CSV with date range filters for compliance and reporting\n\n**How it works:**\nPumpHog provides a web dashboard embedded in Microsoft Teams where administrators and site managers can monitor and manage pump fleets. Field technicians use a separate PumpHog mobile app (iOS/Android) to scan NFC tags on physical pumps and log events in the field — this mobile app is not part of this Teams integration.
