Jugaad is a reliable system that opens up a new dimension in business workflow.
Jugaad allows you to speed up your business processes by allowing you to view, approve, and reject applications within Jugaad App. In addition, it is possible get notification when applications is reverted, revised, rejected or completed completely, which helps for leading improved business operations. By integrating Jugaad with Microsoft Teams, it becomes even easier to use Jugaad as, approval requests are notified to the Microsoft Teams chat, and users can check the contents of the notification and proceed with the approval. The user will be notified when an application is approved or returned, making it easier to track the progress and preventing omissions. By using Jugaad circulation function, it is possible to send notifications to a wide range of Microsoft Teams chats other than the applicant and approver to circulate necessary notifications.
The following functions of 'Jugaad' can be used from this application.
* Receive Business Workflow notifications from the bot.
* Approval requests to user within the bot to take action.
* Access the Jugaad support desk from the bot.
