SELLSATION for Outlook Add-In to synchronize calendar entries and e-mails
The SELLSATION for Outlook Add-In allows a perfect e-mail and calendar integration from Outlook into customer and project information from your SELLSATION CRM system.
The e-mail integration allows you to easily link e-mails from your INBOX to specific CRM data. With the Add-In you can automatically match e-mail addresses (from the sender) to existing CRM data so that new incoming mails will be automatically synchronized to the correct entity. If the automatic match is not needed anymore because, for example, you closed an project, you can unlink the connection. The e-mails that were assigned in the past will, of course, remain assigned.
The advantage of this selective automation is that you are in control of the e-mails which should be automatically assigned and can therefore prevent that all e-mails will be uncontrollably connected to contacts, customers and projects.
Through the calendar synchronisation, calendar entries are synchronized bi-directionally to both systems. Additionally , the SELLSATION for Outlook Add-In allows you to connect calendar entries to contacts, customers or projects. The connected calendar entries can then be seen in the timeline / history of the allocated contact, customer or project.
PREREQUISITE: Please note, that the use of the SELLSATION for Outlook Add-In requires an active SELLSATION user license (fee-based available at https://www.sellsation.com). However the use of the Add-In is free of charge for active SELLSATION users.
