Send files as Syncplicity shared links instead of as direct attachments.
The Axway Syncplicity Outlook Add-in for Office 365 lets you seamlessly share files as shared links within Outlook by selecting local file, which are then uploaded to Syncplicity, or by selecting file already in your account.
This Add-in only needs to be installed once, making it available across multiple devices on any platform or operating system that supports the new Outlook 365 Add-ins. With a click or a tap, turn even the largest attachments into links secured by the Syncplicity hybrid enterprise cloud, saving time and increasing both productivity and security. IT departments control data leakage by configuring standard Syncplicity policies, such as link expiration and password protection.
