Beethoven CC Trials Telemetry Plugin is a lightweight Dataverse managed solution that captures engagement telemetry from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Contact Center and Customer Service environments. The plugin emits structured events for completed phone calls and Live Chat work items, sending them to a customer-configured Azure Application Insights instance where they can be analyzed via KQL queries or visualized in Azure Data Explorer dashboards.
