Proffer
durch Keyser Forge
Professional scheduling for Microsoft 365 — the sender does the work, not the recipient.
Proffer is scheduling, the way it should have been all along.
Instead of pasting a self-service link and asking the other person to figure it out, the sender picks a few times that work and offers them in a personal email from their own Outlook mailbox. The recipient clicks one. The meeting is on both calendars. That's the whole product.
Why senders choose Proffer
Calendly works. It also makes every meeting feel like a transaction. For attorneys, executive coaches, financial advisors, and senior professionals whose work depends on relationship quality, that's a real cost. Proffer flips the dynamic: the sender does the work of narrowing options, the recipient does almost nothing, and the email looks like it came from a person — because it did.
Built on Microsoft 365, end to end
- Outlook calendar, native. Proffer reads your availability through Microsoft Graph, holds proposed slots, and writes the confirmed booking back to your calendar.
- Your mailbox, your signature. Proffer sends from your own Microsoft 365 mailbox using Graph — not a third-party domain. Recipients see an email from you, not from a scheduling tool.
- Teams meetings, automatic. Every confirmed booking includes a Microsoft Teams meeting link, provisioned through Graph when the invite goes out.
- Entra ID sign-in. Sign in with your work account. No separate password to manage.
How it works
1. Compose a Proffer. Pick a subject, a duration, and three to five times that work for you. Add the recipients and a short personal note.
2. Proffer sends the email. It goes from your mailbox with your signature. The recipient sees proposed times as clickable buttons.
3. One click confirms the meeting. The booking lands on both calendars with a Teams link. The remaining held times are released automatically.
Group meetings, same worldview
Coordinating across multiple people works the same way. The sender curates the candidate times, recipients mark which ones work for them, and the sender locks in the winning slot. Everyone gets the final invite. No back-and-forth threads.
Who Proffer is for
- Solo and small-firm attorneys scheduling client consultations and intake meetings
- Executive coaches scheduling sessions with C-suite clients
- Financial advisors and wealth managers meeting with high-net-worth clients
- Real estate agents coordinating showings and client meetings
- Enterprise sales reps selling to VPs and CXOs
- Founders and executives whose calendar is a curated resource, not a self-service grid
Privacy and data
Proffer uses your calendar to find times you're free. It doesn't read your emails, doesn't store the contents of your meetings, and doesn't share your data with third parties. Authentication is handled by Microsoft Entra ID; Proffer never sees your password.
