5U AI Copilot

5U AI Copilot puts an AI assistant next to the mail you are already reading. Open a message, open the panel, and tell it what you need. It works on the email in front of you, so there is no new system to learn and no copying between tools.

What you can do with it

• Look up shipment status, ETAs and proof of delivery while answering a customer
• Draft a reply in your own tone, then edit or send it yourself
• Pull rates and build a quote from an incoming request
• Ask follow-up questions in a conversation instead of filling in forms

You stay in control

The assistant proposes, you decide. Every action it takes is visible in the panel as it happens, and you choose how often it stops to ask you. Nothing is sent on your behalf unless you say so.

Built for freight forwarding

5U AI Copilot is made for forwarders and logistics service providers whose teams run the day out of a shared or personal Outlook inbox. It connects to your transport management system, telematics and rate data, so the answers it gives come from your own operational data rather than a generic model.

Privacy

The add-in reads only the message you currently have open, including its subject, body, sender, recipients and attachments. It does not read messages you have not opened and does not access your mailbox in the background. See our privacy policy for details.

Requirements

5U AI Copilot requires an active paid subscription to the 5U AI platform, which is sold separately and is not purchased through Microsoft. The add-in has no functionality without it. To arrange a subscription or a trial, visit 5u.ai or email support@5u.ai.
