Teams Meeting Sync for Procore connects your Microsoft Teams and Outlook calendar to the Procore Meetings tool. Every time a Teams meeting is held, Teams Meeting Sync captures the full meeting record and pushes it into the right Procore project automatically: attendees, descriptions, AI-generated transcripts, Microsoft Copilot summaries, and action items - no manual entry required.

- Meeting title, date, and time
- All attendees (mapped to Procore project contacts)
- Meeting description and agenda
- Microsoft Copilot meeting summary

How it works:
Install the Teams Meeting Sync add-in for Outlook. Connect your Microsoft 365 account and your Procore account. Select which Procore project each Teams meeting belongs to. From that point forward, your meetings sync automatically every five minutes - no manual steps needed. Teams Meeting Sync passes your meeting data directly from Microsoft to Procore. No data is downloaded, stored, or processed by Teams Meeting Sync. We simply move what Microsoft already captured into Procore.
