Journey Microsoft Teams app is a Microsoft Teams integration for organizations and their employees using the Journey mental health platform. First, a user must have an account with Journey in order to use the teams app. If you do not have an account, please contact your HR administrator or contact us at [support@journey.live](mailto:support@journey.live).
The Journey teams app helps employees daily with their mental health needs. It enables employees to complete daily well-being check-ins, access support resources, and receive guided prompts directly within Teams. Teams app administrators can launch anonymous surveys, send team check-ins, and enable peer support through a buddy system, helping organizations monitor and improve workplace wellness.
If your employer is part of the Journey Proactive EAP, you also have free, confidential access to master’s-level clinicians. Simply click the prompts in the Journey Teams app and be guided to the Journey platform to call, chat, schedule an appointment with a clinician, or send a question whenever you need support.
