AM-One for Outlook transfers the contents of Outlook emails directly to create a AM1 Contact logs.
Key features of the Add-in:
-Users can choose one or more Outlook emails for creation of AM-One contact logs
-Where applicable, email recipient details are used to automatically link AM-One related entities to the Contact logs created.
-The synchronization status of each email can be found in the task pane (either Contact Log created or Not synchronized).
-If the Contact Log add-in for AM-One Germany is configured for multiple tenants, the selection of the specific tenant can be made at the beginning of every new session of access.
-In addition to the body of the email, email attachments can also be transferred if the appropriate settings are configured in the PM1 application

-Valid AM-One user account
-Properly configured AM-One app and user settings
