AI Features in Bloomfire for Teams

For organizations that have Bloomfire’s AI capabilities enabled, Bloomfire for Teams includes AI-powered features that help employees find information faster and get answers based on your company’s knowledge. These features use Bloomfire’s AI engine, which includes large language models (LLMs) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), to analyze content in your Bloomfire Communities and return relevant results.

How AI is used:

The Ask AI feature uses AI to generate answers grounded in the content stored in your Bloomfire Communities.

The Bloomfire Bot can utilize Ask AI to deliver answers within a channel

Important AI disclosures:

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should review results before relying on them.

Bloomfire’s AI only uses content stored within your Bloomfire Communities. It does not train on or store data from your Microsoft Teams messages.

AI capabilities are only available for organizations that have explicitly enabled Bloomfire’s AI features and can be configured by administrators.
