ORX simplifies Operational Resilience with efficient BIA, BCPs all within Microsoft Teams
Operational Resilience Xcelerator (ORX) helps organizations strengthen their operational resilience programs directly within Microsoft Teams.
ORX provides an end-to-end solution for conducting business impact analyses (BIA), developing business continuity plans (BCP), managing process and third-party dependencies, and running scenario-based tabletop exercises.
Key features:
● BIA data collection: Capture and manage critical business process data efficiently.
● Business continuity plan generation: Automatically create, update, and maintain BCPs.
● Dependency mapping: Identify interdependencies across processes, technologies, facilities, and third parties.
● Scenario testing: Plan, execute, and document tabletop exercise results.
● Integrated storage: Securely store data in your organization’s Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
● Data privacy: No external data transmission – all information stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant.
Benefits:
● Eliminate manual tracking through spreadsheets and documents.
● Gain visibility into critical processes, risks, and dependencies.
● Simplify regulatory compliance with structured, report-ready data.
● Improve collaboration with real-time updates and shared access across teams.

Requirements and limitations:
● Microsoft Teams environment required: ORX runs exclusively within Microsoft Teams.
● Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint required: Data is stored within your organization’s Microsoft 365 environment.
● Licensing requirement: ORX requires Microsoft Power Platform licensing. Users must have either a Power Apps Premium (per user) or Power Apps Premium (per app) license, as the solution uses full Dataverse.
● No cross-tenant data sharing: All data remains within your organization’s tenant; cross-tenant sharing is not supported.
● Deliverables: Structured data capture, automated report generation, and digital records of BIAs, BCPs, dependency maps, and scenario tests.
Disclaimer:
This AppSource version of ORX requires a Power Apps Premium license since it uses full Dataverse.
