• Admin approval needed on first use
• Microsoft Teams with an active user license
• Active account for canteen management - company license required after the 3 month trial; employees need no accounts (sign up in Teams app after trial)
• Active SumUp business account (for Terminal Payments and LunchPlanner Online Checkout) - held by the company only; employees do not need individual accounts
• SumUp Solo (physical terminal) for Terminal Payments - can be used with an iPad or desktop PC running Teams
