Cogram Email Management

Cogram Email Management is an Outlook add-in built for architecture, engineering, and construction teams who want every project email in one secure place. Cogram automatically files incoming and outgoing emails in the background using AI to determine which project each message belongs to. To manually file, review, or re-file any email, open the task pane on the message, and file it—along with its attachments—into the project of your choice.

If a message lands in the wrong project or needs to appear in several, simply open the pane, choose another destination, and re-file it. All stored emails are fully indexed, making them searchable by keyword, sender, date, or attachment name and content.

The add-in works in Outlook on Windows and on the web. It requires no changes to Microsoft 365 and respects the project-level access permissions already configured in your Cogram environment, ensuring sensitive information stays accessible only to the right people.

Note: This is an Enterprise Add-in that is deployed centrally by administrators and is not available for individual acquisition.
