The C2 Outlook Office and SharePoint Add-ins provide C2CRM users with a "window" into their C2 system. Allowing users to quickly access and create records all within Outlook! Great for C2 users who feel comfortable working out of the Outlook system.

Available Features:

- Create C2 Correspondence Logs directly from Outlook with one click

- Sync contacts from Outlook to C2CRM

- Sync calendar appointments and tasks from Outlook to C2CRM

- View related C2 records for the email recipient/sender contact record in C2 while in Outlook

- Edit and manage C2 records without leaving Outlook

- Create new C2 records (opportunities, tickets, tasks, quotes, etc.) for a C2 contact while in Outlook
