Schedule a Visitor

LobbyGuard’s Outlook add-in allows users and employees to schedule visitors directly in Outlook so that a visitor can quickly sign-in through a LobbyGuard kiosk. The user creates a meeting appointment in Outlook and, using the LobbyGuard Outlook add-in, enters visit detail such as visitor’s name, email address, what type of visit, and where they will sign-in. The visitor receives an email with visit details and a bar code. When the visitor arrives, the bar code is scanned at the kiosk to expedite sign-in.

You must be an existing LobbyGuard corporate customer to use the add-in. There are no additional costs for use.
