Cloud Direct CSP Essential is the first tier of the CSP Plus managed service. This service is intended for customers who require a cost-effective consumption-based model, support, and the ability to escalate Azure platform issues
The CSP Plus Essential managed service tier provides operational support for organisations running workloads on Microsoft cloud platforms. It gives customers access to Cloud Direct’s ITIL-aligned Service Desk engineers and support teams for managing technical issues and advisory service requests. Customers also gain access to the Provide™ customer portal, which offers tools for service requests, billing visibility, cost tracking, and operational insights. This support tier helps organisations manage platform issues efficiently while keeping control of costs, governance, and resource usage. Where Microsoft involvement is required, Cloud Direct manages the engagement with Microsoft support channels on the customer’s behalf.
