Decision Orchestration Agent introduces a governed preparation layer that aligns Copilot‑initiated lifecycle inputs with identity‑assigned workforce participation roles. Prior to governance review activity, the platform confirms that requesting personnel are assigned appropriate preparation responsibilities within the organisational identity framework.

Governance preparation outputs are derived from assigned workforce roles and validated participation context, and are intended to inform human‑led execution decisions within downstream enterprise systems.

The platform does not automate workflow execution or enforce lifecycle outcomes.

Decision Orchestration Agent maintains traceability between governance preparation activity and lifecycle processes undergoing organisational review, supporting auditability and oversight across enterprise workflow participation.
