What this app does

The 15Five AI app brings performance conversations, recognition, and manager support directly into Microsoft Teams. It delivers real-time updates, surfaces your upcoming and recent 1-on-1s, and gives you quick access to insights generated within the 15Five platform — all without leaving your workflow.

Key capabilities

- Receive notifications from 15Five directly in Microsoft Teams.

- View upcoming and recent 1-on-1s from the personal Home tab. Add talking points and action items to your 15Five 1-on-1s and mark them complete or incomplete — all without leaving Microsoft Teams.

- Access 15Five status and updates via a personal tab available in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365.

Better 1-on-1s, Every Time

The personal Home tab surfaces open action items and talking points for your upcoming 1-on-1s. Add new talking points or action items and check items off as they're completed — right from the Home tab — so you can prepare for and follow up on conversations without switching tools.

Supported Microsoft products

Supported Microsoft products include Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft 365. The app is optimized primarily for use within Microsoft Teams and may have limited functionality outside of that environment.

Getting started

1. Install the 15Five AI app from the Microsoft Teams Store.

2. Open the Home tab to connect your account — this is required to start receiving notifications and to view your 1-on-1s. If your Microsoft email matches your 15Five account, you'll be connected automatically.

3. Explore the Home tab to see available features.

An active 15Five account is required to use this app. Users must authenticate and link their Microsoft account to their 15Five account, typically via email matching, to enable access to personalized content and features. Until your account is connected via the Home tab, you will not receive notifications from 15Five in Microsoft Teams. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

Some content surfaced by the 15Five AI app — such as in notifications — is produced by AI features within the 15Five platform. The Microsoft Teams app does not independently generate AI content; it surfaces and delivers content that was produced within the 15Five platform.

We encourage users to review any AI-generated content before acting on it. Talking points, action items, and notifications surfaced through this app should be reviewed for accuracy and appropriateness in context before they are shared, acted on, or used in a 1-on-1 conversation.

Reporting objectionable AI-generated content

If you need more information, come across any objectionable AI-generated content, or have any questions, please reach out to us at support@15five.com. Our support team reviews reports promptly and will take appropriate action, including removing or correcting content where warranted.

Scope of the bot

The 15Five AI bot is notification-only — it sends proactive messages from the 15Five platform and does not accept user messages, respond to free-form prompts, or generate AI content in Microsoft Teams. All interactive actions happen in the personal Home tab.
