Embed ready-to-publish games, quizzes, and custom PuzzleMe content directly into modern SharePoint pages.
PuzzleMe Games helps SharePoint site owners, internal communications teams, HR teams, l&D leaders, and enterprise publishers add interactive content to intranet pages without building a new experience from scratch.
Use Puzzle Feed to bring in a curated stream of ready-to-use daily games, or create your own WordroWs, quizzes, crosswords, and other puzzle formats in PuzzleMe. Once your content is ready, publishing it to SharePoint is simple: add the PuzzleMe Games web part to a modern SharePoint page, paste a supported PuzzleMe URL, and configure how it appears.
From daily employee engagement on an intranet homepage to training quizzes, departmental games, and recurring puzzle collections, PuzzleMe Games makes it easy to source content, publish it, and keep SharePoint pages worth returning to.
Five Reasons PuzzleMe Games Is a Great Fit for SharePoint
1) Ready-to-Publish Daily Games with Puzzle Feed
Bring fresh interactive content to SharePoint without having to create every puzzle yourself.
Puzzle Feed gives teams access to a curated collection of ready-to-use games that can be featured on intranet homepages, culture pages, employee engagement hubs, and other SharePoint destinations. Use it to introduce daily or recurring moments of participation with minimal operational effort.
Whether you want to run a daily brain teaser, keep a homepage feeling fresh, or build a regular engagement ritual, Puzzle Feed helps you start quickly.
2) Create Your Own Games, Quizzes, and WordroWs with Ease
Need content tailored to your organization? PuzzleMe makes custom game creation straightforward.
Create interactive formats such as:
- WordroW — a Wordle-like word game where players find the theme word in up to five tries
- Quizzes — multiple-choice and free-form questions with support for images and videos
- Crosswords
- Sudoku
- Word Searches
- Jigsaws
- Codewords
- Kriss Kross puzzles
- And many more
Teams can build employee engagement games, onboarding activities, training quizzes, knowledge checks, branded contests, and lightweight learning experiences in PuzzleMe, then bring them into SharePoint with a simple embed workflow.
3) Simple Publishing from PuzzleMe to SharePoint
PuzzleMe Games is designed to make publishing interactive content to SharePoint low-friction.
Once a puzzle, game, picker, or collection is ready in PuzzleMe, page authors can:
- Add the PuzzleMe Games web part to a modern SharePoint page
- Paste a valid PuzzleMe puzzle or picker URL
- Set the iframe height
- Add an optional title
- Show or hide the title above the puzzle
- Show or hide a border around the puzzle
PuzzleMe also supports picker-style experiences, making it easier to create pages where new puzzles can be updated automatically over time.
4) Interactive Content for Intranets, Learning, and Engagement
Turn static SharePoint pages into destinations people can participate in.
PuzzleMe Games is well suited for:
- Daily intranet games
- Employee engagement programs
- Internal communications campaigns
- Team contests and themed events
- New-hire onboarding touchpoints
- Training quizzes and lightweight learning activities
- Departmental pages and community portals
For HR, l&D, and communications teams, PuzzleMe Games provides a practical way to add regular interaction and repeat participation to existing SharePoint experiences.
5) A Better Experience for Editors and Players
PuzzleMe Games improves the SharePoint experience on both sides of the page.
For site editors, the app makes it easier to add and manage interactive puzzle content without custom development. Once a PuzzleMe experience is ready, publishing it into SharePoint takes only a few simple steps through the web part.
For signed-in users, PuzzleMe can support continuity across devices and sessions. Players can pause a puzzle, return later, and resume their progress, making daily games, training activities, and recurring interactive content easier to engage with over time.
PuzzleMe Games is distributed as a SharePoint Framework .sppkg package and installed through the SharePoint App Catalog. Tenant-wide deployment is supported. Depending on tenant or site-level iframe policies, SharePoint administrators may need to allow PuzzleMe domains for iframe embedding. The web part itself does not automatically configure SharePoint iframe allow-list settings.
Why PuzzleMe Games?
PuzzleMe Games helps organizations make SharePoint pages more engaging, interactive, and easier to revisit. It is especially useful for:
- Intranet homepage engagement
- Daily games and recurring puzzle features
- Employee engagement programs
- Internal communications campaigns
- Custom quizzes and learning activities
- Departmental pages and community portals
- Publishers or enterprise teams already using PuzzleMe
For SharePoint owners and content teams, PuzzleMe Games solves both sides of the problem: finding or creating engaging puzzle content, and publishing it into SharePoint with minimal effort.
Important Note About Email Views
The PuzzleMe Games SharePoint web part renders interactive content through an iframe on SharePoint pages.
SharePoint may show a platform-controlled option called “Show in mobile and email view.” This setting controls SharePoint visibility behavior, but it does not make iframe embeds work inside email clients. Email clients commonly block or remove iframes.
For email distribution, use an email-safe link, card, or image fallback that directs readers to the SharePoint page or PuzzleMe experience.
Freemium Model
PuzzleMe Games is available as a freemium product. Some advanced capabilities are available only through paid PuzzleMe plans. These may include customization and branding options, analytics, higher usage limits, and collaboration features.
