SPHub for Microsoft 365
SPHub gives organizations a complete set of ready-to-use web parts and extensions for building a modern intranet on SharePoint Online. Designed for internal communications teams, HR departments, and IT administrators, it lets you launch employee-facing pages and self-service tools without writing custom code.
When you add SPHub to your tenant, a built-in installer provisions the SharePoint lists, pages, and navigation each module needs, so every component works out of the box. All components follow the modern SharePoint experience and respect your site theme, giving you a consistent, branded look across your intranet.
What you can do
Communicate with your people — Share corporate announcements and events, run a content carousel and video gallery, publish FAQs, and browse a company directory with Who Is Who.
Run HR and people processes — Manage annual leave, expenses, recruitment, travel requests, and new-employee onboarding, and keep everyone informed with birthdays and daily lunch menus.
Track assets and operations — Handle asset management, contract management, procurement, issue tracking, vehicle assignment, and shuttle routes.
Guide navigation — Add quick links, icon links, department links, and a recent-documents view to help employees find what they need.

Requirements
A Microsoft 365 subscription with SharePoint Online and a tenant App Catalog.
A SharePoint administrator to deploy the package and, in the SharePoint admin center, approve the Microsoft Graph permissions the solution requests (Mail.Send, User.Read, and People.Read). These permissions enable email notifications and people-related features; email-enabled modules require a configured contact person.
