Generates a Swiss QR code for an invoice in Dynamics CRM.
This plugin is for creating an invoice with the mandatory Swiss QR Code.
The following steps are required after installation:
- There is a new table called "QR Bill Settings" with one default record. Fill the record out with your company details. Advanced users can also use their own azure function for generating the QR code.
- To use the settings on an invoice, fill out the lookup field and now every invoice with these settings will automatically have a QR code for a word template.
- To use the QR code in a word template, go to an invoice and click on "Word Templates". Click on "Download template" and then "Download" in the new window.
- Open the document in Word and go to the Developer tab. Select "XML Mapping Pane" and in the "Custom XML Part" dropdown select "urn:microsoft-crm/document-template/invoice/1090/".
- Search for the field "theia_imagebase64" and insert it as a picture. You can now adjust it how you like.
- Rename the word file and import it back into Dynamics under "Advanced Settings/Templates/Document Templates"
- Now you can download the invoice template from Dynamics with the Swiss QR Bill part automatically filled out.
