Pathian OEM Embedded Analytics Engine

OEM infrastructure that converts building telemetry into deterministic performance artifacts.
Pathian OEM Embedded Analytics Engine converts building system telemetry into deterministic performance artifacts that enable standardized equipment benchmarking and analytics across OEM platforms.
OEMs ingest telemetry from native building control systems while preserving existing control architectures, point naming conventions, and system semantics. Using component-based configuration (e.g., supply air fans, return fans, coils, dampers), the platform automatically identifies required data points, assigns standardized component and point identifiers, and generates deterministic performance artifacts using the GEES Curve Engine and Syrx® Component Modeling system.
These artifacts represent how equipment and systems perform under comparable operating conditions. Because the artifacts are lean and portable, OEM platforms can benchmark equipment performance consistently across buildings, climates, portfolios, and OEM ecosystems.
The engine enables global peer-group benchmarking by transforming operational telemetry into interoperable deterministic performance references. OEM platforms can compare equipment performance across installations while preserving their native control logic, user interfaces, and customer relationships.
Pathian operates as a neutral analytics standardization layer. OEMs retain ownership of their control architectures and customer data while accessing deterministic performance artifacts through secure, licensed, read-only APIs.
By converting raw telemetry into deterministic performance artifacts, the platform enables OEMs to develop diagnostics, optimization services, and performance benchmarking applications without altering existing building control environments.
