The CSP+ Enterprise Tier is a managed service that provides comprehensive operational management, optimisation, and advisory support for organisations running workloads on Microsoft Azure. Through Azure Lighthouse, Cloud Direct securely manages authorised Azure tenants and subscriptions, enabling our engineers to monitor, support, and optimise the customer’s Azure environment while maintaining full customer control.

This managed service builds on the capabilities of the Enhanced tier by adding monthly optimisation reviews, advanced technical support, and direct access to senior cloud specialists. Cloud Direct’s engineers manage platform incidents, investigate issues affecting Azure resources, and provide rapid resolution through established ITIL-aligned support processes.

Cloud Direct customers also gain access to the Provide™ customer portal to raise support requests, track incidents, review optimisation reports, and monitor activity across their Azure environment. When issues require escalation, Cloud Direct manages engagement with Microsoft support channels on the customer’s behalf.

In addition to operational support, this managed service provides access to experienced Cloud Architects who offer advisory guidance to help organisations evolve their Azure environments, adopt new platform capabilities, and plan future improvements aligned to business goals.
