Microsoft Teams Rooms Pilot: Proof of Concept

The Teams Rooms Pilot is designed to show customers how to deploy, adopt, administer, and maintain Microsoft Teams Rooms in a small-scale 45-day pilot. This comprehensive process includes:

• Plan ** Define pilot scope, objectives, identify stakeholders, hybrid meeting use cases and identify pilot meeting spaces

• Enable ** Deploy, enable, train and experience Teams Rooms in a production environment

• Grow ** Share actionable outcomes and learnings from the Pilot that will help grow and scale the deployment of Teams Rooms

AVI-SPL is a proud member of the Microsoft AI Powered Workplace Program.

This is a 45-day engagement. The customer may provide their own certified Microsoft Teams Rooms hardware.

A 60-day trial licenses are available free of charge from Microsoft.
