It's a bridge between your Zoho CRM and Microsoft Outlook. Instead of constantly switching between apps, everything lives in a sidebar inside Outlook — you can create CRM records, sync contacts, and track customer emails without leaving your inbox.

Creating Records from Your Inbox
From any email in your inbox, you can create the following directly in Zoho CRM —
all from the sidebar without leaving Outlook:
- Contacts
- Accounts

Smart Auto-Prefill
The auto-prefill feature reads the open email and automatically fills in
the sender's name, email, phone, and company — so you're not retyping things manually.
Duplicate Detection
It catches duplicates before you accidentally create a second record
for the same person.
Email Association & Attachments
You can link emails to CRM records so the full conversation history
shows up in your CRM timeline. You can also upload email attachments
directly to a CRM record (up to 10 MB per file).
Contact Sync
Contact sync keeps your Zoho CRM contacts automatically available in your Outlook
address book in real time. With two-way sync enabled
by an admin, changes you make in Outlook also flow back into Zoho.
Multi-Organization Support
If a user belongs to multiple Zoho organizations, they can sign in to each of them within the add-in
and switch between organizations as needed. The add-in also provides a logout option, allowing
users to sign out of any organization whenever they choose.
