Kudos®(Next-Generation) for Microsoft 365 brings peer-to-peer recognition and values-based appreciation into your daily workflow. Now users can send, receive, and celebrate recognition across the organization all from Microsoft 365. This seamless integration fosters a culture of appreciation while reducing the friction of switching between platforms.
With just a login to their existing accounts, users can link their Kudos account to their Microsoft. Recognition can be sent directly via a simple modal in the Kudos tab, with support for values, personalized messages, points and fun additions like GIFs. Whether recognizing individuals or groups, messages post instantly to a dynamic wall feed visible to all (unless marked private).
The dedicated Kudos tab displays a recognition wall stream, showcasing appreciation from across the organization in a social, engaging format.
Designed for both desktop and mobile users. In order to use this app, you need to have an active Kudos® (Next Generation) account.
