Use Docugate to streamline and centrally manage your Outlook signatures.
With Docugate, you can manage your Outlook Signature Templates in one place to ensure that all your employees use the same signature style with their own personal data, such as name, job title, or custom fields.
FUNCTIONALITY
After installing the add-in, a Docugate icon appears on the ribbon in new E-Mails and, when activated, opens a task pane to select an email signature. It automatically sets your default email signature as soon as you create a new email or reply/forward any.
HOSTING & DATA PROTECTION
The Docugate add-in is outsourced to the Azure Web Hosting in order to guarantee maximum availability and performance. NO data is recorded.
NOTE: The Docugate add-in can be used with the locally installed Microsoft Office (from version 2016 or with Office 365).
