At the click of a button, Mashoom parses a selected email and finds the organisation and personal contact information, as well as the content of the email. You then have the option to edit this information before saving it Mashoom's Contact module.
If the contact details from the email match existing data, the contact information updates the existing details and the email message is added to their activity log. If a firm match is found, no manual selection is required, making the process as quick as possible.
Email messages and the replay chain where possible can be recorded in one go. Every message in the chain can be amended so only the contents of the message you want to record can be. This stops useless information cluttering up your CRM; only record what is useful and important.
This add-in requires a Mashoom account, with the Contact module enabled. Pricing is based on pay-per-use basis, so you can test our full solution with no commitment or time limit.
