Officebooking is a self service platform for employees, students and co-workers: anybody that needs access to office and building resources on a regular basis.
With our apps you can easily find an available desk, search for a colleague or book a meeting room. New reservations are instantly accessible in your Outlook calendar.
Officebooking for outlook offers multiple possibilities to search for an available room or desk, create reservations and find a free spot to work. When you've installed the add-on you will see an additional view that enables you to search for an available room by entering various filtering options such as category, number of seats and by entering free text search.
Note: The Officebooking Outlook Add-in requires access to an Officebooking Company Account. You'll need an individual login or access through SSO to be able to use the Add-in.
