Powered by Microsoft Teams Room Premium, our subscription service includes everything you need including right-sized MTRs for any meeting space, hardware support, and proactive management for a simple monthly fee.

  • Teams Rooms - based on your needs, size of room and requirements, we ensure your MTR is best fit
  • 24/7 Support and Monitoring - Leveraging Microsoft Teams Room Premium, we provide the full health monitoring that covers your entire solution along with reactive and proactive incident and problem management which includes on-site support as needed.
  • Update Management - To ensure your MTRs are always up-to-date and patched, we provide advanced notification and full management and delivery of application and firmware updates for your all your meeting room systems.
  • Usage Insights - into the ways the meeting rooms are used, including usage, activity, people, utilisation, and equipment health & reliability.
  • Update Management Insights & Guidance - In the event of hardware fault or failure, advanced replacement equipment is sent to site, and we can provide an on-site engineer to plug in and connect the new hardware.
  • Regular feature advisory - ensure that your technical and support teams are kept abreast of the latest features to ensure you can best support your employees and promote the latest features.
  • Simply monthly price - based on a per managed room, per month basis.
