PeterConnects Receptionist for BroadWorks

The PeterConnects Receptionist for BroadWorks is a Software-as-a-Service Attendant Console application that is operated via the web browser. This makes answering and forwarding incoming calls easier, faster and more efficient. Managing and processing multiple incoming phone calls on the BroadWorks platform has never been easier. The Broadworks Service Provider can resell the PeterConnects Receptionist for Broadworks under their own brandname or under their own branding. Current implementations prove that it is relatively easy to connect this SaaS solution, based on Azure, to an existing BroadWorks implementation.
