First Steps: Schedule 2 hour x 10 Key Stakeholder meetings (over 3 days) to collect grassroots feedback on process challenges and opportunities Expectations: Over 2 hours our consultant will gather structured feedback on current state processes and workflows, noting challenges and opportunities identified. 10 Stakeholders will be interviewed for 2 hours each over a 3 day period.
