Smokeball’s Outlook add-in for web is designed to provide lawyers with seamless email integration into their smokeball matters (a cloud-based legal matter management tool). Using this add-in will ensure that every email you send or receive is filed correctly and saved centrally, so that it is accessible to anyone within your business.

- Save & Assign Emails: Locate and assign emails to the appropriate Smokeball matter with ease.
- Seamless Attachment Handling: Save email attachments directly into your Smokeball matter for easy access.
- Attach Matter Documents: Effortlessly include relevant Smokeball documents within your emails.
- Auto-Tagging: Save time and avoid duplicates with automatic email tagging once assigned.
- One-Click Matter Navigation: Jump directly into your Smokeball matter from the add-in.
Note: This add-in is currently only compatible with web users and is not available for desktop integration.
* This add-in enables event-based launch events and smart alert features in Outlook. When sending emails, the Smokeball for Outlook add-in will inject invisible Smokeball Matter reference information into the sent email body. Information added into the email body are Smokeball identifiers only. Any information is solely used for automatic assigning of incoming emails. If for some reason Smokeball references could not be inserted, Outlook will provide a prompt indicating this failure and allow sending to continue.
