As easy as email, as secure as a portal. For Accountants, Attorneys and Financial Advisors. Truss Collects files, Tracks request status, Reminds clients, and auto-sorts files as they come in - all without requiring your clients to create an account or use a password.
The Truss Docs Add-in has two use cases:
1. Task Pane - open the task pane while composing an email, and you can create new projects and insert upload links directly into your email!
2. Event-driven - while composing an email, as you add email addresses in the recipients field, we will search Truss for any previous projects containing that email address, and automatically insert upload links to that project into the body of your email. We use Microsoft's LaunchEvents functionality to provide this functionality. This functionality can be disabled in settings.
