Requirements and limitations. Neo AI Agent requires an active Neo Agent account for your organisation. The bot identifies your organisation from the Microsoft 365 tenant a message arrives from, so it cannot answer for a tenant that has not been set up.

The agent is scoped to IT service-desk work and guides users back to that purpose when a request falls outside it.
