CampLegal Add-In for Outlook

Using the Add-In, the following operations can be performed by the user:

- Create a new email and set necessary attributes such as case number, client etc.,

- Incoming email in a conversation will be automatically linked

- Link/Unlink a specific email to a case.

Please note that the add-in uses Smart Alerts. It is primarily used to read the selected values such as To address, case number etc., to set the recipients and subject of the email using case number. Also these attributes are stored as custom attributes to be used for linking future emails in the same thread.
