This add-in centralizes your meeting logistics in a single task pane. When creating a calendar event, you can pre-register external visitors by selecting participants, choosing a site and visitor category, and filling in their details, all without leaving Outlook. You can also request room services linked to your meeting room directly from the same interface.

Once your invitation is sent, visitor pre-registrations and service requests are automatically created in elia and appear in the elia web application.

Launch Event disclaimer: This add-in uses Outlook SmartAlerts OnAppointmentSend event, which triggers automatically when the organizer sends a calendar invitation. At that moment, the add-in synchronizes the meeting data, including pre-registered visitors and service requests, with the elia platform. No content is added or modified in the calendar item itself.
