Ricoh analyse how employees currently work including their wellbeing, accessibility requirements, collaboration, and sustainability impact, whilst understanding the technology used. Producing a clear roadmap which aligns with the business goals and objectives, by increasing productivity and driving digital change by improving the employee experience. Microsoft is the core of our recommendations and roadmap. Whether as a new environment or maximising on existing investments, we seek to drive excellence and active usage of Microsoft 365; Teams; Enterprise Mobility + Security and Azure with a focus on governance, compliance, and security.
Agenda Day 1 – Discovery with customer to define scope of Digital Survey. Design Digital Survey with questions collated from a range of industry consultative leaders and Ricoh’s own experience. Analysis provides the detail required whilst maintaining engagement with employees Day 2&3 – Digital Survey results are fed into a PowerBI dashboard and analysis of data from the responses Day 4&5 – Build Findings and Recommendations Report. Present to customer with actionable insights and next steps
Upon completion a report containing findings and recommendations on how to enhance the current User Experience including consumption of technology, accessibility requirements, security risks, devices used and Microsoft 365 usage. Modelled on the Gartner Digital Maturity Model, a current vs possible future score is provided as well as a graphical map, highlighting which projects are most urgent vs highest risk to the organisation to give a roadmap to change.
