Brightwave for Outlook

Brightwave is a professional-grade AI research platform for in-depth research and analysis. This companion Outlook Add-in is for existing Brightwave users and brings Brightwave research agents into your inbox so you can pull emails and attachments into projects, research and source claims, and draft cited replies without leaving Outlook.

What you can do:

• Chat with AI research agents that have context from your Brightwave projects and uploaded documents
• Read the email you currently have open — sender, recipients, subject, body, and attachment list
• Add the open email and its attachments to a Brightwave project as documents for analysis, search, and citation
• Ask questions across data rooms, PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, SEC filings, earnings calls, and the emails you've ingested
• Get answers with citations traced back to source documents
• Draft reply text and insert it directly into the email you're composing
• Attach Brightwave deliverables — research reports, charts, tables, and slide decks — to your outgoing email
• Use Brightwave outputs directly in your email workflow

Built for complex professional research:

• Bring a counterparty's email and its attachments (10-Ks, decks, earnings transcripts) into a Brightwave project, then research and source claims — without forwarding or downloading
• Draft a cited reply to a client or stakeholder using findings from your Brightwave project, and insert it straight into the compose window

Account and subscription requirements:

A Brightwave account and an active subscription or enterprise license are required to use this companion add-in. Paid plans may be required. Enterprise users can obtain access through their organization administrator or by contacting Brightwave at sales@brightwave.io.
