ConnectPro automatically records all of a user's inbound and outbound calls made via the platform

Capture every conversation with confidence – optional call recording built into ConnectPro.

ConnectPro Agent Recording is available as an optional add-on to a ConnectPro Agent or Supervisor licence.


When enabled, all inbound and outbound calls made via ConnectPro for that user will be recorded. Any calls made outside of ConnectPro, via Teams for example will not be recorded. Call recordings can be downloaded directly from within ConnectPro. Recordings are stored within ConnectPro for 30 days before being deleted automatically (included in the licence cost).
