QuSmart GENESIS™: AI Governance of Cognitive Authority for Copilot Agents interacting with Snowflake Cortex Agents
بواسطة QuSmart.AI
AI governance for Copilot Agents interacting with Snowflake Cortex Agents.
QuSmart GENESIS™ provides AI governance through a Cognitive Authority Boundary (CAB) for inter-vendor, agent-to-agent interactions involving Snowflake Cortex Agents and Microsoft Copilot agents.
Governance is authored once by enterprise Risk Management, AI Governance, or Legal teams and shared into the QuSmart GENESIS™ Governance Agent. That governance is compiled into executable authority and controlled by the QuSmart GENESIS™ Governor Agent. Authority exists as execution reality, not as a runtime decision.
At runtime, connected cognitive agents either execute as defined by CAB or have no executable existence. There is no verification, rejection, feedback, evaluation, or downgrade. Unpermissioned interactions cannot execute because no execution path exists.
QuSmart GENESIS™ does not operate inside Snowflake and does not modify Snowflake internals. Snowflake remains the system of record, compute platform, and Cortex Agent runtime. GENESIS™ governs the inter-agent Cognitive Authority Boundary where Microsoft Copilot agents interact with Snowflake Cortex Agents.
This approach makes unpermissioned cross-agent execution architecturally impossible, enabling Snowflake customers to connect Snowflake Cortex Agents with Microsoft Copilot’s rapidly growing agent catalog.
Installation & Activation
QuSmart GENESIS™ is activated from Microsoft Copilot Studio, where Microsoft Copilot Agents are defined and managed. QuSmart GENESIS™ defines how those agents may interact with Snowflake Cortex Agents by enforcing the Cognitive Authority Boundary before execution occurs.
External agent deployment and configuration is available via the
Microsoft Foundry Marketplace:

Key Capabilities
· AI Governance via the Cognitive Authority Boundary
· Compiled governance as executable authority
· Binary execute-or-nonexistence behavior – Read/Get, Write/Post or Both
· Inter-vendor agent-to-agent interaction governance
· Snowflake Cortex Agent–aligned architecture
What This Is / What This Is Not
This is AI governance of cognitive authority.
This
is not governance by inspection.
QuSmart GENESIS™ does not:
· Verify or validate requests
· Reject or deny actions
· Monitor, log, or audit behavior
· Evaluate prompts or outputs
Governance exists only as authority to act.
Why Microsoft
QuSmart GENESIS™ enables Snowflake customers to expose Snowflake
Cortex Agents to Microsoft Copilot’s agent catalog without
introducing new execution paths or modifying Snowflake internals.
Customers are billed directly by Azure for the underlying compute resources plus a fee of $0.37 per hour per vCPU thread.
