Pcloudhosting provides a pre-configured, production-ready osTicket image on AZURE Virtual Machines, enabling rapid deployment without manual setup of the application stack.

osTicket Usage Instructions:

$ Access the AZURE Virtual Machine via SSH or browser-based access
$ Open a web browser and navigate to:
  http://<VM_PUBLIC_IP>
$ Complete the osTicket web-based setup if required
$ Login to the Agent Panel to manage tickets
$ Login to the Client Portal to submit support requests
