FY24_ManagedServices_Security as a Service on Azure

## Purpose : Purpose of this offering is to provide flexibility to client where they can opt to MSP service only relevant to Security    

• 24x7 Monitoring of SOAR tool provided by client or Azure Sentinel
• Reporting to CISO or relevant stakeholders in case of issue
• Quarterly review of environment and provide reports of current state of security posture.
• Provide recommendations to on vulnerabilities.
• Assistance in implementing suggestions provided by Security (Up to certain hours and limited to Technology)

## Onboarding of User:

1. Assessment

• In this phase Managed Services team will go through resources and identify current state and report to customer
• Gets access to all the resources.
• Discussion with owners of resources to get more understating.
• Discussion with CISO team to understand process and procedure followed in current company

2. Implementation

• Initiate handover process with IFI Managed Services Team
• Create SOP and Run book to document process and key people.
• Take control of all security products and remove access or set as reader access of customers.
• On board customer to ITSM tools
• Setup Alerts with IFI Managed Services team

3. Manage Service

• 24x 7 Monitoring of alerts
• Provide improvement for security score (Monthly)
• Setup governance and policy on azure environment as per benchmark define by security team.
• In case of alert inform security team
• Work with Azure and customer in case security risk detected if can not be resolved in house.
