Remote Desktop Access Configuration (GNOME)

To access the GNOME desktop remotely, ensure that TCP port 3389 is allowed in your Azure Network Security Group (NSG).

1. Log in to the Azure Portal.
2. Navigate to Virtual Machine Settings → Networking → Network Security Group (NSG).
3. Verify an inbound rule exists allowing TCP port 3389.
4. If required, create a new rule with the action set to Allow and priority 1000.
