To start XAMPP Run following commands on your VM :
# sudo su
# sudo apt update
# sudo /opt/lampp/lampp start
# sudo /opt/lampp/lampp status
# sudo netstat -tulpn | grep :80

To access the XAMPP control panel, navigate to http://public-ip:3306 in your web browser after starting the XAMPP services.
