ACP LightHouse PAL - AT

This Managed Service offer from ACP onboard the Customer into the ACP IT Solutions GmbH LIghthouse environment to enable Partner Admin Link (PAL).
PAL enables Microsoft to identify and recognize those partners who are helping customers achieve business objectives and realize the value in the cloud.
All customers of ACP who have resources deployed in Microsoft Azure are applicable for this service.
Upon acceptance of this offer, ACP will be delegated permissions to open Azure support tickets on your behalf and to view your Azure usage and support ticket data.
ACP is not providing any support services under this offer but may open support tickets on your behalf, leading to faster support ticket resolution times.
The Customer or ACP may terminate the PAL at any time.
