Unity CX is a suite of advanced UC and CX applications for the Cisco BroadSoft platform. Users can choose from Desktop, Agent, Supervisor and Reception variants depending on their productivity use case and daily workflows. Desktop is designed for knowledge workers and features presence, chat and service configuration. Agent and Supervisor are designed for call center scenarios and improve customer service with access to advanced queue and agent management. Reception is designed for busy front-desk call handling environments and provides an efficient call handling interface. All variants feature click-to-dial and drag-and-drop within a modern and sleek interface.
The Unity CX for iOS and Android allows the user to make outbound calls from their BroadSoft extension.
