Requirements
- FortiFone desktop plugin or FortiFone desktop softclient
- FortiVoice Cloud:
- Users require a Standard or Premium user license.
- FortiVoice On-premise:
- Version 7.0.2 build 201 or newer.
- Unified Communication Entitlement for FortiVoice.
- FortiVoice certificate issued by public CA.
- HTTPS and WSS ports are forwarded to FortiVoice.
- An extension configured for use with FortiFone desktop softclient.
